Enjoy an nature walk with a local psychotherapist and Lifestyle Motivational Therapist BB Balane. Training session to learn all about the benefits of CAT therapy from Brennan McLean. Enjoy lunch. Your afternoon  session will include a guest speaker who has benefited from CAT therapy.  BB Balane will provide motivational wellness tips and inspirational ideas to get you back on track.
